With that, if the appeal is still in play, IMO, the preamble argument is strong....and if it's not doable @ appeal....they now have the amend anyway.

445/108 have not had a contest yet, and they are advanced culmination of 774 and 737.

With that, IMO, NUNCHI will be utilizing claims of all of them.

They have overall positive considerations going forward and the base patents are now reinforced for future enforcement of 445 and NUNCHI.

What the investing community now all of a sudden appreciates ....???
