In my opinion there has been a pilfering of what belonged to edig by Apple as well as many others. The reason why no violation was done before is because the lawyer who represented us before also represented Apple. When i first bought Edig it was all about the music and the downloading. It now involves more than that since those that infringed continued to do so. Lets all hope that those who now represent Edig can do so effectively and that we can see a reversal of what has been a sad event.
