IMO... application 11/522,000 (2006 filing) is in abandonment and not recognized yet...Heck, it's the result of a previous abandonment.... claiming the benefit of application 10/938,060(2004 filing)

With that...IMO.....one of the new applications will claim the benefit of the abandonment.

This is how many of e.Digitals patents finally get recognized....after piling up abandonment's.

Anyway....I would think that some day we will know....lol
