I wonder if we should approach this elephant eating endeavor the same way that Patriot Scientific has and go directly to the International Trade Commission for review. If nothing else that might signal that we are truly serious about enforcing our patents. Courts, as jtdiii so succintly reported, can take forever. The threat of a "possible" win with the ITC might bring some of these miscreants to the table. The threat of having their shipments from overseas manufacturing facilities into the US interupted might be a big incentive to settle before the shoe falls. Then again, we may have no case.
