During the call, The examiner and Stephen C. Durant discussed the content of the amendment filed on July,30 ,2012 and Aug,24,2012 , Mr Durant authorized the examiner to cancel Claim 5 and to add a new Claim 13 identical to Claim 5 as amendment and to add the single word “ Media “ pursuant to MPEP 2260.
