One trouble with those goals is that they require a proposed completion date. We have none, so one of the two most important "Developing and sign partners on Nunchi" has no achievement date.

The filing of patents was tied to the re-exam and at the time either DM or a different law firm, which was not known to us at the time this schedule was made.

If you have been inm business, you must know that goals usually have completion dates, otherwise they become vague objectives.

What do you mean so what? Companies missing goals pay the price in terms of their stock price, the market hates missed goals, and they also miss the target to enter a market in which case the competition takes a higher priority on product/servise sales.

I don't get the lackluster approach, we are in a survival mode, the company that is.
