I see Yahoo reporting .09 but any chart I look at (including Yahoo) shows 52 week high as .08. So in that case we have matched it.

It would be nice if there was a real reason behind this aside from speculation/manipulation. Just about any announcement in the next few days or weeks would be a surprise and perhaps even significant. We can only hope.

It does appear that a lawsuit will ultimately be filed, but I'm still hoping for real activity on the Nunchi front. Either would be welcome at this point.
