The format use of the memory is the first issue in front of any other patent that e.Digital has, including 445.

This is why it's not important to enforce 445....they just do not have to go that far as the format principles are the building block of all. This includes, what I consider a highly important consideration of 445....that it being attribute compatible to any OS...or highly portable to any OS.

e.Digital has bios means to facilitate the physical use of memory media ..and it has API means to facilitate application.

The best of both worlds administering low and high level issues....on that format.

445 more simplifies and directs high level...but is it important to go there?
