It was the defendants contention that RAM was not necessary.

This argument falls under a different realm...and for the most part, was simply a bogus effort by the defendants. It was a phrase the the defendants argued to have placed in their claims construction considerations.....the judge did not follow the claims construction of the defendants or e.Digital.

Instead, the judge enacted it's own convoluted representation for claims construction....

What constructions they come up with this time????...anyone's guess....pick a phrase...lol
