Careful...lol.
All I know is, from plank's DD, NUNCHI "status" changed from 1(b) to 1(a) and the dates have been posted.
The term "1st use in commerce" had me scratching my head, so I dug up the definitions and have been trying to learn...connect dots.
plank and I have been sharing info and trying to draw a reasonable conclusion, but of course all we can do is offer the info as IMO this or that.
There is a small observation that I will offer, and that's Fred is not a gambler. Releasing DM, hiring Handal and committing to 30K/mo baffled me, in that IP litigation takes forever before you see any cash. We have maybe 18 months tops in cash left, so what's up his sleeve to pay for Handal?
Is he in negotiations to license Flash-R with a few without litigation...it's happened in the past?
Is he aware of this list just filed there is a strong possiblity a few knees will buckle without much of a fight and settlements will come sooner than the TX 7 and CO 19?
Is there a NUNCHI deal lurking?
Are any of the 6 NUNCHI patents pending about to go live?
What does he know to have the confidence to committ us to this big montly nut?
Much to ponder....
IMO, he's is rolling the dice and they are loaded.
