Each lawsuit has to be filed separately.

The new laws do not allow group filings such as the TX 7 and CO 19 in a single document listing multiple defendants.

EDIG announced them as a "group" in a single PR as did Handal.

If you noticed, there were 3 OEM's and the rest were retailers. These OEM's sell their products thru some or all of the retailers listed.

From what I gather, the next set of filings will follow suit, but it is also possible a set of retailers only will be filed without any OEM's, because we have already settled with 19 of them.

It's a new approach/angle Handal has come up with.

Also note, Handal filed this 1st set in their own back yard, "where everybody knows your name." Look for more of the same IMO.

Our 3 attorneys are in "friendly territory." They know their way around, they know the players, which buttons to push and which ones not to. Had DM not pushed the wrong button in CO, wonder what the outcome would have been? Turns out to have been a dumb move.

IMO, from my recent visit and a few phone chats that followed, I sense a very aggressive plan of attack from this firm and Fred has their attention at 30K/mo.

It would not surprise me one bit to see another "group" announced before the holidays....get it on the docket and forge ahead next year.

The company has given hints on the website, hints in PR's, it's a matter of trying to figure out what these hints add up to. I think I have it figured out, but I will leave it at that.

When I offer a quote from Fred in response to a question or comment, it's up to the reader to decide what it means. I may throw in an opinion here and there, but that's all it is.

Telling it like I hear it and see it....you be the judge as to it's value or lack there of.
