If all of the retailers that we just named in the suits did not know prior to this that they were inducing infringement they now have been put on notice. It is their choice, spend money on lawyers fees and fight it in court or simply stop selling the infringing products. Seems like a pretty smart way for Handal to put extra pressure on the actual infringers to me.
