For an edig trade that would be .....5.54 a share....280 mill shares. And Msystems didn't have a NUNCHI, or anything close to e.Digital in flash management. Msystems(BAN) methods are actually a case study published in the 445 patent for flash management comparisons.
Msystems, however, was/is? manufacturing flash drives.....would there have been value in that to SNDK? IMO, they were corralling IP.
