This "tier" terminology has caused some confusion since the 1st filing. It gave the impression that tier 2 would have larger companies and would lend itself to larger settlements. This tier 1-2-3 stuff has been renamed, for lack of a better description round 1, 2 etc. If we look closely at round 1 & 2, the size of the companies were small, medium and large in both the TX 7 & CO 19, throwing out this "tier" meaning.

Also, with the new laws a group filing is no longer allowed as before. Each suit has to be filed separetely, although Handal does several in 24/48 hours so it has the appearance of a "group or round" but it's not.

Bottom line, there never was a "tier" level in the 1st place but we used the language on this board. The company did use this term but we misundersood it, and since they used "round" and now they are using neither.

Confused yet...LOL!

The strategy as to who, when and where future suits will be filed will not be publicly stated, we just take them as they come.

IMO, Handal is not done filing in 2012.
