They have a lot going for them that the previous did not have....
An established threshold for damages.
A re-exam and established understanding of 774.
A re-exam of 737(application involving 774) not having substantial change...being leveraged IMO, to initiate a case on many.
Prosecuting in a court where their attorneys have a presence....and close home, I'd say e.Digitals inhouse representation works closely with them.
A list of past cases that have settled out of court.
e.Digital management and in house representation now has a fix on the process.
Their down side...they have to pay 350.00 bucks for every individual case they file.
This is now as close to a boiler plate model they can get.
