With that, when a retailer is named in multiple complaints...each complaint is an individual issue.

I'm waiting to see the defence teams for the retail issues of each individual case, as well as the manufactures defence teams.

If they settle prior to having to meet the new 1-28-2013 dead line to answer, we may never know who is defending who to make past defence team comparisons.

At this point, the only attorney to file:

"NOTICE of Appearance by Steven Brower on behalf of Guitar Center, Inc."...... and that was filed under the 3:2012-cv-02571 Yamaha Corporation, Yamaha Corporation of America .

Guitar Center is also named as a defendant in yet another suite..."Docket filings: 3:2012-cv-02580 KORG U.S.A., Inc., KORG, Inc."..... Brower has not filed for representing in this suite.

Very complex issue for retailers named in multiple suits....

The consolidation of suites to one judge does not man that the suits are combined, they are just being assigned to one judge for similar considerations, while each suite has its individual circumstance.
