I'm of the opinion they are doing that now through current and past legal actions. ....with fortified patent re-eaxms.

They even give notice to the court in the complaints, that defendants have acted willfully and that the defendants should have taken notice of past legal actions against companies within their industry.

In reading those comments in the complaints... leads me to believe that these companies have been approached and they ignored the approach.....prior to legal actions.

BestBUY entities in moving these products are more important than you seem to realize. Naming them twice, as well as exemplifying them in complaints...is far reaching. Especially when they now have to consider that there's many products tainted on their shelves. This is not about the problems of one vendor, but many vendors supplying CE devices.

I would say BestBUY has never seen this happen before.
