Immediately preceeding the Markman hearing this stock was mostly trading between 8 and 10 cents, but did hit a high of 12 cents. Technically speaking, if we could meaningfully move through 12 cents we could be off the the races. An interesting thing is that back prior to the Markman, Nunchi was barely on any radar screens if at all. GLTA longs--if you are short you are toast--burnt toast.
