Hmm..... 1 Sandisk share for every 4 eDigital shares. Then add a cash payout settlement or option for additional stock purchase with the cash.

Just wishing, but I really could believe in this settlement. But I caution myself because when it went to $24, I had that money spent twenty different ways (LOL).
