It is the opinion of some that what should be of interest to EDIG is just a settlement with a contract of sorts with it.

I have to disagree and for this reason. If an example is not made and we give in to another cheap settlement how does that effect the rest of thoe that have stolen what belongs to edig. We are, remember talking about theft not just a question that "I forgot". These small companies don't have what the big boys have and thats big money. Don't feel sorry for them they made billions while we ate dirt and scorn.

They knew what they were doing. Lets take them to court while we have the courts decisions as to who owns the rights to the patents they used. The big one have plenty while the little guy has little. If you let the big guy off with little what then can you expect from the little guy.

If you setlle with them for big bucks and a solid contract then the small guy's will come willing to EDIG.
