I am surprise at the direction of these suits (creative etc.) as like many others here, why didn't DM go this direction? How many of us here believe that soooooooooooo many ce companies were infringing on edig flash IP.

Still waiting to see the bigggee (the fruit co.) come up as an infringer. But maybe edig and Handal should wait for some big bucks and additional help when going after the BADDEST, BIGGEST INFTRINGER OF THEM ALL. Win or lose, I hope that day comes.
