Handal has certainly been busy. I wonder just how many thier small firm can handle at one time? They must have settlements coming soon The thing that scares me is how fast some have asked for extentions and have mentioned settlements. I hope we do get settlements in Jan but IMO.... and just my opinion.... quick settlements generally mean small settlements......It a lot easier for these large firms to pay a couple of Mill rather than spend several mil to fight it

I hope this is not the case.

Hopefully he has told Sandisk and others that you can settle for $50 mil now or $150mil when we get out of court
