Now here's my thought, not really my thought...(plankton) the security patent was being held up, awaiting the NUNCHI approvals because somehow they were tied together, thus the RCE reponded to in Oct, 2010 per the webcast comments 3-14-11. The "FATHER" patent was filed 9-28-10.

Is plankton onto something the rest of us did not see?
