At a very quick glance of the claims, put simply, Gimbal tracks one's location, and when you come in proximity of a merchant who licenses the IP, if it's approved, a text/coupon is sent.

I would think one could opt in or not for Gimbal, just the same as Verizon's "Verizon Selects."

This is not NUNCHI, but if QCOM licenses NUNCHI, they then have the whole enchilada.
