A buyout is great but what is our outstanding share count, 350,000,000? I can imagine an offer approaching $.50 but why pay us when they can just steal the tech and pay a paltry settlement in 10 years?

Of course I want a $7 buyout, but I see what tech companies sell for every day and I just don't see Edig approaching a valuation in the billions. We don't know how to value Nunchi. We have to establish significant earnings before we may apply generally accepted valuation methods.

Things look great right now - if we can just sell something and establish a foundation in repetitive earnings.
