I am sure over the last year or so we have been showing NUnchi and trying to get contacts with some of the big boys,( I hope we do) but what scares the heck out of me is we tried the same with our Flash Tech only to have it stolen and others made billions form it. Fact that we have had 20+ settlements is great but they have all been extremely small compared to what the infringers made in profits off of our tech. Now we are seeing similar Nunchi type tech popping up . I hope I'm wrong but what is to stop the big boys from stealing Nunchi knowing that they can make 100's of million and if they get caught they have to pay us a few million to settle. If we don't get some hugh settlements ( 50 mil+) from this lastest round of suits I see the same thing happening.
