I was thinking the same. Just after reading your post I heard an article on NPR about what people in London are now encouraged to do if their house is on fire. Don't call the fire department.... tweet them!

Well that made me think about a stablized Nunchi for the home ( remember the TV set top box Edigital used to talk about?). A stablized box would sense the need to call the fire dept or many other household problems. Additionally there are similar uses in the hospital patients' room to alert doctors or activate medical machinery.
