What was confusing, you referenced "4th qt" and "they are in fiscal 2012"....?

With what you now state things are somewhat clearer....lol

For the calander year close ...for tax purposes....and the subsequent tax return by 4-15-13, I'd like to have a look at that return.

As a public company, is it possible to look at those returns?
