Why would Gimbel feel it nessesary to rush it and get something out there? They must have known that NUNCHI was alrady out there and tried to back door it. Look My concern is a legit one. Is it possible for these others that are coming on line to be shirting what Nunchi has and are trying to avoid getting involved with Nunchi and a license? Thats what we have wth EDIG and right now are in the midst of a huge infringement law issue. Who though can wait another 15 years to have a Nunchi issue resolved.

Thats why what I stated so many times before , we can't allow those that have infringed to get off lightly. Thanks for all your import and patience with dots like me. ted
