Does anyone think that there could a connection between this January 7th date that is the end of Sandisk's extension to respond to eDigital's complaint and the Ketnote address at the CES in Vegas by Qualcomm's CEO????

Or am I just HOPEFUL?

eDigital might have known that Nunchi was going to be unveiled by Qualcomm at the CES show and they wanted to give Sandisk a chance to settle before the announcement

SANDISK’S TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT 3:12-CV-2698- CAB-WVG

The parties seek an extension not for delay, but to permit the parties an opportunity to

resolve Plaintiff’s claims without the need for further litigation. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that SanDisk’s time to respond to the Complaint be extended to January 7,2013.

This year, on January 7, the CEO and Chairman of Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM), Paul Jacobs, will be delivering the keynote address in Las Vegas.
