You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
i haven't kept up on this...but every law suit against a retailer...for example, imo, 5 different lawsuits against buy.com counts as 5 defendants.....imo.... ;)
