SNDK is the only distributor in this case.

And that's not to say, a list of other distributors for this case will not be amended prior to March. Fore e.Digital gave a for instance reference of BestBuy entities within the complaint without actually naming them a party to the case.....yet.

With that, it's my thought that e.Digital is being some what reserved with SNDK.
