SNDK IMVHO, was very reserved in stepping over the bounds...its not about the memory, and for the last time, it's about devices interfacing the memory and what the devices infringe.

Of course that depends on weather other devices are sued for infringement.

At this point they named a hand full.

e.Digital, IMO, is more proving a point when it comes to SNDK in front of the other defendants. SNDK consists of experts in what e.Digital does and they, if shown, are implementing e.Digital methods.

It makes it hard for others to contest what SNDK does, if come March they settle. With that, I'd say the others will answer 1-28 the complaint, as SNDK did, and then jointly seek the same tactic to delay the case for a bit.
