I look at this move by SNDK in a positive light, as a legal tool to bring the parties to the negotiating table, compromise on terms and conditions of a settlement, vs a long drawn out ordeal.

Obviously Handal's demand would be the moon, and SNDK's is to get off for less.

A neutral 3rd party playing the role of judge and jury can expedite the process and make it fair for both sides.

No nothing about the law, but was a party to a few "settlement conferences" they were called in my work life to avoid a trial and it worked out best both ways and we got it behind us quickly.

With the current number at 21 OEM's and 71 ret/dist, we are going to see all kinds of methods to settle these cases.

Might as well role with the punches as it's not in our control.
