With all this legal wrangling and the potential for others pursuing the same legal maneuvering, it just makes it all more important that we get some news on the Nunchi front. Some product revenue is what this company needs.

Remember how long we waited with all the DM legal stuff. Settlements and licenses were issued and they are burning that money as we speak.

Will this round of litigation result in higher $$ results?? We all can hope. It will be decided in the legal system and there are no guarantee's.
