doni can speak for himself, but all these suits are separate.
The grouping as was done re: TX 7 & Co 19 is out the window.
Each filing stands on it's own. The fact that in many cases if not most, the same law firm represents the defendants, does not mean it will be a group settlement.
In simple terms, this is my understanding under the new IP infringement laws.
