E.Digital Opens New Front In Flash Memory IP Battle
Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 5:21 PM ET) -- Photography equipment giant Fujifilm Corp., retailer Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and others on Tuesday were targeted with a lawsuit from patent licensor e.Digital Corp. in California federal court, the company's latest volley over alleged infringement of patents covering the use of editing and flash memory technology in hand-held recording devices.
