gocougs, I did buy a lot in that range, and I'm not selling any at this price point. By averaging down at low price points, I am now in the green. Not braggin', just sayin'. The opportunity for a person to average down, and place themselves in a money making position, in my opinion, is still there.

With everthing that's on the horizon, I'm amazed there any investors willing to sell.
