3 years ago I think it was, I had George contact Fred to discuss this "cashless, shares for small cap exposure." At that time, it was not a good fit for Fred and company, but it was considered.

Now that George is getting this back in gear, I have forwarded the info once again to Fred, suggesting it would "get the word out."

Things have changed, maybe there is a fit these days?

I will follow up with a personal visit asap.
