Message: EDIG beats by a different drummer

teddy - you are missing the point - the size of the settlement is important - but what is real important is if EDIG gets license deals from the negotiations - which the law firm indicated they are working too...the license deals mean an on-going stream of revenue, say a low number like 300K per year per defenedant up to 60 defendenats...do the math.

Next to valuate the company you must take into cosideration the nunchi product which appears REAL...what is that worth, if it is the only one these large companies can access and use in that area of the market?

It could be HUGE....

Don't get caught up in the size of ONE settlement...look at the larger picture. If the San Disk thing settles, that may send a message to all other companies and you may have a domino effect taking place. Thus EDIG makes tens of millions over the span of 1 year with licenses...thus they now have a business plan and another product to market, namely nunchi...

Yes we need to see how things are going to roll out, but please keep in mind, they are suing the cusotmers of these defendants as well, that changes everything....how can these companies function if they can't sell thier products, i.e., if a judge grants the injunction?
