Those that are to formally answer on.... 1-28-13

They will do the same that SNDK just did... To answer on 1-7-2013 answered: agreed to a form of arbitration to iron out the differences....case on hold for"Earl Neutral Evaluation" until 3/8/2013.

SNDK has already set the mood....others IMO, do not want to answer in front of SNDK and will agree to a similar issues with a date after 3/8/2013.

@ some point, the game stops and things will roll....
