Lets not forget who authored the patents....with that, those new patents are not about Flash, though flash may be on the servers.

And e.Digital is not only about flash....flash is just a convenience that their technology can take great advantage of in front of everyone else.

They know their business and they know what to do with it.....and by invitation it excited PN to expedit in front of it. They were on top of this stuff back in 1999...VOICE TIMES ALLIANCE.

emit, they know what they are doing with their engine....and for the most part, IMVHO, they don't care what bells and whistles it pushes, they've established a base of patents to launch from.

We are, for the most part, still talking portable battery powered devices here.
