For the record, I'm not saying e.Digital is a patent troll and in my opinion our cases are completely legit, that's for sure... I just wanted to post about Newegg and their fight against shopping cart patent owner Soverain, when they went to Jury Trial.

It seems that our cases could get real STICKY, real FAST, if and when counter suits get filed....hopefully, this will not happen after retailers see that e.Digital has valid patents.
