I understand your point of view and have come to appreciate your general calmness and voice of reason attitude. That being said, the circumstances of these cases are all different. It is not like we are suing them all for the same thing and all future infringers would have to do is mulitply the announced settlements times the number of products to know what we settled for. Each suit has different amounts of infringements that all represent different amounts of profit that the infringers profited by illegally. It would be almost impossible for each infringer to know so much about another infringers business and their products to be able to figure this out. And, although Tteddy can be a bit repetitive at times with his give them the axe attitude, I'm with him on this one. They stole from us, why do they deserve any tlc now? Instead of the real owners of the company getting the tlc they deserve, we are treated like a bunch of mushrooms. We'll see if a PR that explains anything is forthcoming in the near future.
