I think it is a good idea to keep expectations reasonable when it comes to counting the settlement dollars...one or two defendants probably will not make EDIG rich - it will be a cumulative effort with the overall results that matters -

In addition, getting licences is also important becuase it indicates on-going revenue and a continued business.

Thus - the settlement amount will be less than if we litigated, and will be in-line with the amount of infridgement per defendant - which will vary according to the defendant...
