It remains unclear if we have a settlement. At this point we can't be sure that Yamaha was not released on a technicality or (since it was without prejudice) for strategic reasons to refile at a later time.

While my hope is obviously for a settlement, regardless which way it goes remember that we are at the very beginning of the this second wave of enforcement cases. Fortunately(?) we've been through the refining fire of waiting...lol
