I am going to have to agree with Teddy on this one. Joe you are the calm voice in the middle of the storm. When I was running a business I always tried to show the calm face and not get anybody excited except when it really counted. This is the time when it really counts. I believe that any settlement even if it is for a little bit of a discountshould show that these infringers are recognizeing that they are guilty and that the patents are valid and that they paid. If that happens then the rest will fall like eggs from a tall chicken in quick fashion. Then whoever Edig and Handel bring to task will realize that resistance is futile, and make a settlement closer to our terms also it will prevent future infringers and make them license Nunchi once they find out we will no longer lay down for the stealing of our technology especially if what Emit and Doni are saying is really true and we have some future technology that people in CA are really going to need and want.

If that happens then the big ones like Sandisk will pay and quickly and settle for big dollar amounts instead of risking a trial and paying triple damages. Now is the time, get some settlements, get an OEM for Nunchi, and quit messing around. I am really happy that Fred has a job that pays well, however now is the time for results for the people who invested in the company and believed in the patents for years.
