No confirmation is possible unless it comes from EDIG. However, I find it too coincidental that EDIG would request voluntary dismissal of Yamaha on the same day a response to the allegations is due by them. That would be incredibly fortunate timing for Yamaha. Hoping for a (group) PR announcing settlement(s) and license(s) sold.
