We will never hear the entire story from Pacer docs, not their purpose, PR's will fill us in, but IMO not to the extent that we'd like...ala NDA's.

I'm satisfied with:

• we are pleased to have settled with ABC, XYZ etc, licensed Flash-R
• cross licensed selected patents
• royalty bearing license

Anything of the sort to indicate we got paid.
