Okay, a bit (actually a lot) of bad news in the Quartly Statement, and a bit of good news with the new PR regarding a couple of new lawsuits. It goes without question, all the '774 et al stuff is good news, and will happen in time along with the others defendants past filed, but in fact it will take time, and regardless it is in fact absolutely old news. Don't get me wrong, it is a good news tidbit that is better than nothing. It is clear Handal is taking care of business, at $30K per month plus whatever.

Having said that, I had hoped for Nunchi news. Timing/strategy and all that with regard to the Quarterly Statement bad news, and real Nunchi good news on the upbeat. We were instead tossed a tidbit. Again having said that, I still think something is afoot with Nunchi/buyout in accordance with my theory. If not so be it, but in the meantime???

In addition, I wonder how Edig is handling Handal in the long run/buyout, if it is on the board?
